T2 Change - Plants and Seeds

We are learning to understand that:
Scientists follow a specific process and ask questions that lead to investigations.

We will be able to:
Show the life cycle of a plant.
Label the parts of a plant.
Classify objects using a Venn diagram
We will know we can do this when we can:
Draw pictures that depict the life cycle of plants.
Correctly label the parts of a plant

T2 Art Attack

We are learning to:
·                make a tapa cloth.
Criteria:
·                choose a design to complete
·                follow the procedure to make it using paper, crayon, vivid markers and Indian ink.

We looked at a lot of pictures of Tapa Cloth patterns and decided to base our design on flowers.

How we did it.
First I drew the box and folded it and drew some dots for the middle. Then I drew the background so it looks like a real printed out picture. Then I drew the picture of a flower and coloured some of it with a brown crayon. Once I had done that I painted it in Indian ink.
